What the plugin receives

When ChatGPT uses this plugin, it sends us only the options of the request: the type of situation (for example “new hire” or “remote employee”), how long ago the last one-on-one was, the goal of the meeting and the language (Russian or Ukrainian). The plugin never asks for names. Please do not enter names or other personal data about your employees.

What we store

• One usage record per request: the date (without time), which function was used, and the options listed above.
• We do not store your conversation, your name, your account, your IP address or any data about your employees.
• The server does not keep access logs with IP addresses for the plugin endpoint.

Why

To run the plugin and to count how often each situation is used, so we can improve the guidance. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The usage records do not identify you.

Where and how long

The plugin runs on our own server in the European Union (Latvia). Requests pass through Cloudflare, Inc. as a content delivery and security network. Usage records are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted.

Who else sees data

We do not sell or share usage records. Your conversation with ChatGPT is processed by OpenAI under OpenAI’s own privacy policy; this plugin only receives the options described above.

A plan may end with one link to an information page on tdlife.club. The link contains the label src=chatgpt-one2one so we can see that a visit came from the plugin. What happens on tdlife.club is described in its privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Because usage records do not identify you, we usually cannot link them to a person; write to [email protected] with any question.

Children

The plugin is meant for managers and is not directed to children under 13.
